The misadministration's lies about finding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq -- after continually harping on their existance and beating the wardrums over threats of "smoking mushroom clouds" - has begun to harm the credibility abroad of the US and of American intelligence, according to foreign policy experts in both parties.
