Powell: Possible Iraq had no banned arms

On the heels of David Kay's comments this week, Colin Powell said today that Iraq may not have possessed weapons of mass destruction.
"What was it?" he asked. "One hundred tons, 500 tons or zero tons? Was it so many liters of anthrax, 10 times that amount or nothing?"
Meanwhile, five more U.S. soldiers were killed in Iraq attacks Saturday.
