Yeah, you read that right. God, even when he's not lying, Bush is an unspeakable, certifiable boob. It's like we just went down some Orwellian double-speak rabbit-hole, where night is day and down is up.
The movement of American factory jobs and white-collar work to other countries is part of a 'positive transformation' that will enrich the US economy, the Bush misadministration said Monday.
