White House accused of being directly responsible for deceiving Congress
Administrator acting at times on WH instructions
Richard Foster, the government's chief analyst of Medicare costs who was threatened with firing if he disclosed the true price of the Medicare bill to Congress, said last night that he believes the White House participated in the decision to withhold analyses that showed the Medicare legislation crooked liar Chimpy McAwol wanted would be far more expensive than he let on.
In other words, the misadministration lied again. Gee, what a sur....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
