Colin's quickly becoming the Rodney Dangerfield of this misadministration, and justifiably so.

Total embarrassment and shameless liar Colin Powell said Bush misadministration officials were not given a "counterterrorism action plan" by Clinton staffers when the White House switched hands in 2001 (a lie). "We noted early on that the actions that the previous administration had taken had not succeeded in eliminating the threat," he said. "So we just sat on out thumbs and played with ourselves! I mean, why should WE have to do anything? La la la la la!"

OK, I made that last part up. But Jebus, he's blaming Clinton for Dumbass and Company not having an antiterrorism plan???? WTF???
