White House given correct budget analysis for Medicare, withheld it from Congress
Richard Foster, the Medicare program's chief actuary, testified before the House Ways and Means Committee yesterday that the White House was given the data of the true cost of the bill - which they did not share with Congress.
Rethugs responded by mentioning Clinton. Really.
