Senate majority leader/Karl Rove puppet Bill 'profiteering from terrorism' Frist is accused of using the Senate as a convention hall, attacking John Kerry, Richard Clarke, Amazon.com book reviewers.

On Wednesday, after watching yet another episode of Frist frothing like a drunken, prissy lout in a cheerleader outfit, James Thurber of the Center for Congressional and Presidential Studies called Frist's actions "quite unusual."

"I think this shows a certain amount of desperation by the White House to have the majority leader use the Senate floor as a forum to attack people who are questioning the credibility of the administration ... and also the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party," Thurber said.
