Judge orders release of Cheney energy cabal documents
Federal judge Paul Friedman told the government to release more documents related to Dick 'Chicanery' Cheney's task force that met behind closed doors to develop a national energy policy. The order covers material that the Energy Department, Interior Department and other federal agencies have refused to produce since a similar federal court ruling two years ago. I'm sure the WH has already appealed.
