He said Bush was rushing into something he didn't understand.
He said we were stirring things up worse. The imminent threat had not been proved, their oil would not pay to rebuild Iraq, and Iraq would disintegrate into chaos.
But Bush fans said "Byrd? He was in the KKK you know."
Well, as it turns out, the racist hick from West Virginia was right.'
