Bush not bound by torture laws
Well, I'm glad that the Pentagon OKs stuff for the president.
The report, written by military and civilian lawyers for Don Rumsfeld, said the Chimp-in-chief has the authority to approve almost any physical or psychological actions during interrogation, including torture.
