Busted: Bushies caught in another lie
'Wrongly reported' drop in world terrorism in 2003.
The State Department admitted yesterday - after people who were checking the figures complained - that "it had been wrong" when it reported that terrorism declined last year.
Instead, the 'number of incidents and the toll in victims' increased sharply, the department said.
