US management of 20-billion dollar Iraq fund criticised
United Nations auditors have 'strongly criticised' the Bushies' Coalition Provisional Authority for its (mis)management of the fund from oil sales, which it said is "open to fraudulent acts." It also reported "encountering resistance from CPA staff" in its attempts to oversee the fund's spending.
