Use of dogs at Iraq prison was authorized
US intelligence personnel ordered the use of unmuzzled dogs to "intimidate" prisoners at Abu Ghraib.

A military intelligence interrogator also told investigators that dog handlers at the prison were "having a contest" to see how many detainees they could make pee their pants out of fear of the dogs.

"Dude! Jus' like initiations fer Skull an' Bones!"
