Halliburton given a slap on the wrist by the SEC for actions that occured during Dick 'chicanery' Cheney's CEO regime.
The SEC did not hold Cheney responsible. It did bring charges against the company's former chief financial officer and former controller, however. Blah blah blah. Quelle surprise.
