Salon reports that the Kerry campaign has asked the publisher of Unfit for Command, which surprisingly enough is NOT a book about George W Bush, to remove it from sale - or at least list it in the "fiction" category - saying they are "retailing a hoax."

"No publisher should want to be selling books with proven falsehoods in them," said Kerry campaign spokesman Chad Clanton.
