Smear vet's firm gets $40 million payoff federal grant
The aptly-ranked Rear Admiral William 'schitty' Schachte, who claims Kerry was not under fire in Vietnam, turns out to be - surprise! - a 'top lobbyist' for a defense contractor that just won a $40 million grant from the Bush misadministration!
And wait - there's more! Not only is Schachte colleague David Norcross chairman of the republi-con convention in New York, but Schachte also contributed to Bush's 2000 and 2004 campaigns, helped organize efforts against John McCain and for Bush in the 2000 South Carolina primary, and possibly loaned W some money to buy some crack and a hooker back in '82.
