Rebooblican knocks himself out while stealing campaign signs

Mouthbreather Randal Wagner of Denver was stealing Democratic campaign signs late one night when he ‘ran across a low-hanging driveway chain, fell face first onto a pilfered sign and concrete and knocked himself unconscious.’
He was treated for abrasions and facial cuts and issued a summons. His wife, who was behind the wheel of the getaway truck, was not charged.
