As Halliburton CEO, the ethically-challenged Dick 'Chicanery' Cheney pushed to lift sanctions on Iran - "the world's leading exporter of terror" - saying that Halliburton was being "cut out of the action" because "the good Lord didn't see fit to always put oil and gas resources where there are democratic governments."
