Crime does pay, if you're a repug! Supporters of ethically-challenged slimebag Tom DeLay proposed a rule change Tuesday that would protect his House majority leadership position if he were to be indicted by a Texas grand jury. House rethugs are likely to approve the change in the rule that would otherwise force him to step aside if indicted.
