Can't put it any better than BuzzFlash: Refusing to roll back a wasteful tax cut for his friends, Bush's new budget takes a chainsaw to 150 government programs -- from farm subsidies and law enforcement to help for the poor.
Fun fact: the massive cuts to community development programs have been titled the "Strengthening America's Communities Initiative."
Fun fact 2: supportin' the troops - the boy king's new budget would more than double veterans' co-payments for prescription drugs.
