Democracy's on the march!
An explosion has torn through a funeral procession at a Shia mosque in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul causing many casualties, witnesses said. Early reports say at least 19 (CNN is reporting 26) people have been killed in the latest suicide bombing.
"At least they got to vote first!" sobbed a relative of one of the casualties who was blown to kingdom-come.
US troops have cordoned off the area.
