Testifying before the House Ways and Means Committee, the head of the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office also criticized Monkey McMoron for undertaking an aggressive two-month tour to try to sell his nonsensical, deranged plan of scaring the living shit out of seniors and gullible members of the 'Merican public.
