Insane scumbag Tom DeLay was at it again Thursday, in a "fiery" denunciation of 'activist judges' via videotape to the closedminded, puritan Savaranolas at the Confronting the Judicial War on Faith meeting.

The House majority leader escalated his talk of a battle between the legislative and judicial branches of government, saying federal courts had not only "run amok," but were out of control - and that Congress "should reassert constitutional authority" over the courts.

"Our next step, whatever it is, must be more than rhetoric," DeLay said. From the Vatican, mind you.
