So it's not a crime if you don't get caught?
Urged by fellow republicans to respond to charges of possible criminal ethical lapses, corrupt scumbag Tom DeLay sent a mass e-mail to supporters reminding them that, according to his hand-picked group comprised of campaign donors, he has not been found to have violated any rules or laws.
And anyway, if he did, it's the Democrat-owned media's fault.
