Lawmakers want probe into charge White House doctored climate change reports
Will settle for electrical anal probes given to WH officials.
Representative Henry Waxman and Senator John Kerry called for a congressional probe by the General Accountability Office (GAO) into charges that the White House altered government documents to cast doubt on the generally-accepted scientific consensus about the causes and effects of global warming.
Fun fact: the White House official in question not only had no scientific training, but worked for the American Petroleum Institute prior to becoming chief of staff for the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
