[M]ost analysts say that neither move by the misadministration - the release of oil from the national strategic reserve and relaxing environmental standards - is likely to bring prices down anytime soon, as the problem isn't supply - it's the lack of refining capability.

Fun fact: Atlanta, Charlotte, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Tampa, Washington Dulles and West Palm Beach are among the airports facing closure due to jet fuel shortages.
