WH lied to NYC first responders
A new 60 Minutes report says thousands are now getting sick because the White House scrubbed info about the air quality at Ground Zero.
The head of the EPA at the time of the attacks, Christine Todd Whitman, put out releases saying the "air is safe to breathe" when not all the test results were in. Now, 25% of the NYC fire departments who worked at Ground Zero have lost a significant amount of lung function.
"People hear what they wanna hear," Whitman tells 60 Minutes. "America's Mayor," Rudy Giuliani, 'declined' to be interviewed for the story. Profiles in courage.
"Go fuck yoreselves, blue state poopyheads."
