Yeah, that would be America right now. Extraordinary rendition, limitless detention, torture, destruction of habeas corpus . . . doncha just feel a whole lot safer now?
Bleargh. I don't think I've got enough caffeine in me yet to blog about this morning's Senate proceedings. Then again, there may not be enough caffeine in the world to make me feel up to that . . . .
