Expert warns Iraq in a 'state of almost full collapse'
With things going "remarkably well" in Iraq, Kenneth Katzman of the Congressional Research Service reports that the country is "in a state of almost full collapse" - with the US "powerless" to prevent a total breakdown - while a senior US state department official says that the US has shown "arrogance and stupidity" in Iraq.
