State Dept confirms CIA meeting with Rice
"Oh. THAT meeting!"

After a stonewalling Condoliar Rice said she had no recollection of what she called "the supposed meeting," the State Department confirmed that George Tenet met not only with the then-National Security Adviser, but with Don Rumsfeld and former Attorney General John Ashcroft as well.

"OK, OK, we did meet - but we only talked about shoes," a visibly agitated Rice said yesterday. "There was nothing that related to an attack in the US," she added, lying, "only one on Filene's!"
Disgraceful.
