Halliburton, Dick 'dick' Cheney's "former" company, is to construct a "huge facility at an undisclosed location to hold tens of thousands" of Bush's ''unlawful enemy combatants.''
Rep. Patrick McHenry asked in a statement if there were any evidence that Democrats would not be incarcerated. "How do we know they're not enemy combatants?"
