Retard McJeebus today, at a meeting with senior military advisers: "I'm the decision-maker" about sending more troops to Iraq.
"I've picked the plan that I think is most likely to succeed," the war-deserting fratboy said. "An' out of all the plans that said this was a bad idea, I picked mine."
"Our policy is going to be to protect our troops," he said. "That's why ah'm sendin' in 21000 more."
