Candy-ass federal sentencing guidelines, the chance of a new trial, and the possibility of a preznental pardon may leave Libby home free along with his just-as-guilty boss, goddammit.

It's all a pre-planned done deal. Run out the clock for awhile using the appeals process, and then the big pardon from Chimpydick.
