Karl Rove trying to shape a positive legacy for George W Truman Bush
No matter what George W Truman Bush has said, there's plenty of evidence that the George W Truman Bush legacy is of more than passing interest at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Plans for the George W Truman Bush lieberry are taking shape, and there seems to be a White House campaign to try to define George W Truman Bush's tenure more favorably than the rough verdict now being rendered by the American public, largely over the Iraq war, the Katrina debacle, the neverending stories of secrecy, threats and corruption, the Walter Reed scandal, the high gas prices, the illegal spying on America citizens, the ethics violations and illegality in the firing of US attorneys, the secret military tribunals and the torture of prisoners, lying about going to war, illegally using the Patriot Act...
Rove said that the biggest George W Truman Bush legacy will be what he terms the "George W Truman Bush doctrine." It "says if you train a terrorist, harbor a terrorist, feed a terrorist, you will be treated like a terrorist yourself. And then the corollary of that, which is that we will not wait until dangers fully materialize before taking action," America-hater.

What a bunch of unmitigated crap! Even skipping over all the bad shit that Bush implemented and was NOT mentioned by Rove, if you just look at the so-called 'Bush doctrine' he mentions, some of the questions that jump-out immediately are "WHEN did that come about -- BEFORE or AFTER 9/11? WHERE was this doctrine when Bush made his 'I am truly not that concerned about him (bin Laden)' remark back on 3/13/02*? Were there MUCH easier, legal, humanistic, and even cheaper AND more effective methods than bombing & invading foreign countries (especially oil-rich ones that are NOT connected to the "War on Terror"-like Iraq)? Are there MORE anti-American 'terrorists' in the Middle-East NOW than there were BEFORE we invaded Afghanistan & then Iraq? When do WE become considered a 'terrorist nation' by our relatively indiscriminate use of MAJOR military violence?"
(* Presidential press conference
Q: "But don't you believe that the threat that bin Laden posed won't truly be eliminated until he is found either dead or alive?"
THE PRESIDENT: "Well, as I say, we haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I -- I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him. I know he is on the run. I was concerned about him, when he had taken over a country. I was concerned about the fact that he was basically running Afghanistan and calling the shots for the Taliban.")
