An "egregious abuse of privilege"
From an opinion piece in the Daily News Journal:
[The Boy King] stands almost alone in our history as a man who has forced his lawyers and the Justice Department to avoid the federal court system because he (or Rove and Cheney) know that so many of their power grabs will fail court review. As will this one, of course.
[The Dictator-tot] abuses his role and makes claims about executive privilege that better befit a king than an elected president with constitutional limitations on his powers.
It will take a generation to restore so much of this great nation from the wreckage of this presidency.
