Apparantly some Republican insider at the White House told CNN that questioning Gonzales was"like clubbing a baby seal" Really no clue as to who it was because I can think of several Republican insiders who would make such a comment, but it might be one of the few really spot on statements to come from the White House in the last 6+ years.

Gaaah! Ya think? This is a perfect case of it's not what you know, but who you know, and WHO you are willing to protect at any cost.

Most of these sycophants believe that if they protect the powerful, the powerful will reward them. Hah, suckers! They will throw you to the wolves in a nano second.
