Rove protege lied on his resume
His US Attorney resume. The article, at Consortium News, shows the sneaking, dirty-tricks and lying done by J. Timothy Griffin and his rethug backers in order to get him the job. It seems the only qualification he had was the fact he was a "loyal Bushie," who dug up dirt on political opponents, worked as an adviser during the Florida recount, and became a fawning lickspittle for corpulent pusbag Karl Rove.

"I have lost count of the public statements they have made that are simply wrong, or at least obviously deceptive. It smacks of desperation. You wonder if the bosses know the underlings are composing talking points for them with such little regard for the facts,” former Little Rock US Attorney “Bud” Cummins III said. "But hey, the little assclown did fill out one hell of a TPS report."

Griffin says he won't continue in the position if he has to be confirmed by the Senate, i.e., if his qualifications are vetted truthfully and legally. Asswipe.

Is there a statute of limitation on disrupting election poll recounts?

Because now that the Democrats are back in charge, could someone please ask John Bolton to pay Henry Waxman "a little visit" and explain his storming the recount polls in Florida, circa 2000? No federal laws broken disrupting vote counting? I seriously doubt that. Hell, he was ON NATIONAL TV when he did it. On videotape. And I believe this cocksucker Griffin assisted him.

It got Neocon John a UN Ambassadorship, yeah?
