Washed-up minority whip says: Patience in Iraq is limited. "In a few months, we'll be able to tell how many more months it will be before we can probably expect things to get slightly better... or maybe not. Who fuckin' knows," says Senator Lott, probing his thumb deeply up his asshole.

I still like the idea I saw mentioned somewhere that the Iraq War funding bill should consist of ONLY transportation costs to bring the US troops home within 60 days, and food, clothing, shelter through that time. But the politics in this country are SO fucked up that sensible solutions like that are ridiculed and laughed away with chest-beating, transparent rhetoric by Repuke chickenhawks, so I'd bet that the dying will most likely continue until AT LEAST after the 2008 election. Sad...
I wonder if Lott puts on his helmet toupee, or inserts his store-bought teeth first every morning?
