Boy, do I feel like an ass
Here I am whining about how much pain I'm in from my root canal yesterday, and then I read Jane Hamsher's just finished her chemo treatments. I feel about three inches tall right now.

Well, I'm sorry about your root canal, and I hope you feel better soon. Pain is awful, no matter who's suffering it and why. Jane deserves sympathy and admiration for her courage in her battle, but that don't mean you ain't suffering. One rose for you, one bouquet for Jane. I recommend a series of highly alcoholic beverages combined with The Noble Weed, if you can get it.
