Heh: I originally read that as "Libby should go directly to hell." Which works too.

Fitzgerald, like most people with functioning brain cells, wants Libby imprisoned now.

Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald, in a 43-page response to Scooter Libby's argument to the judge to remain free on bond, said, "Fuck that, your honor. The government respectfully requests that this Court deny the defendant's motion for release pending appeal."
