After acknowledging that Turkey suffers 100's of civilian deaths from Kurdish (PKK) terrorist attacks inside it's borders, Gates blew this one out his anus: "We hope there would not be unilateral military action across the border into Iraq."

Unlike the US, which crossed Iraq's sovereign border unilaterally without UN approval (oh wait, I forgot about the "coalition of the bought and paid for allies") without every suffering ANY attacks by Kurds, Sunnis or Shiites in America,
