Army medical examiners were suspicious about the close proximity of the three bullet holes in Pat Tillman's forehead and tried without success to get authorities to investigate whether the former NFL player's death amounted to a crime, according to documents obtained by the Associated Press. It appears he may have been shot by someone in his unit from close range in the back of the head.Predictably, the freetards are calling this a "lefty smear campaign." Supportin' the troops much, guys?
"The medical evidence did not match up with the, with the scenario as described," a doctor who examined Tillman's body after he was killed on the battlefield told investigators.

I think this story is about to get a LOT bigger.
He was shot, according to this AP article, at "less than ten yards", and there was no evidence of "friendly fire" found in the vicinity of where his body was found. And, Army emails show that they congratulated themselves for misleading and covering up evidence from the medical examiners.
WHO ordered this cover up, is the question, because "It ain't the crime, it's the cover up, that gets' em", isn't that what we always hear?
I say Rummy and Cheney ordered it covered up. I have no idea or guess who or why Tillman was murdered. Maybe the soldier he told to "stop sniveling" right before he died fragged him, who knows?
I read other reports stating he was going to come back and become an anti-war voice because of the BS he found that actually was the motivation for invading Afghanistan, and he understood it had nothing to do with "Islamic terrorists" harming the US.
Was his murder ordered higher up? That would be a wild, irresponsible allegation.....
If it wasn't the 9/11/01 criminal enterprise known as the Cheney-Bush administration we were talking about.
