Opposition to Iraq war, preznit hits new high: poll
Poised for a political comeback, Bush poll numbers continue to sink link a stone. A huge, shitcovered stone.

The popular war preznit has regained his footing... oh, I'm sorry, Mr Broder, make that Stupie McHalfwit's approval rating has reached another new low of 29%.

Opposition to the Iraq war has climbed to a record high and Bush's approval rating dropped to a new low amid growing dissent from members of his own party over his war strategery, according to a new USA TODAY/Gallup Poll.

Sixty-two percent say the United States made a mistake in sending troops to Iraq, the first time that number has topped 60%.

Two-thirds say Bush shouldn't have intervened in the case of Scooter Libby, who was sentenced to 2½ years in prison for perjury and obstruction of justice in the investigation of who leaked a CIA operative's identity.

Six in 10 say the economy is worse than it was five years ago, and the same number predict that economic conditions are getting worse.
"Vice" preznit Cheney's favorability rating also hits an all-time low, a craptacular 13 percent, making him the most unpopular VP in recent history.
