Bomb kills 9 as toll of Wednesday's massive attack hits 500
"'The only thing this surge will accomplish is a surge of more death and destruction.' That was the prediction of blogger and anti-war activist Arianna Huffington back in December..." -- rodentlike WH squeedge-boy Cliff May, scoffing in an article titled 'Petraeus's progress getting harder to deny' in catapultingthepropaganda... umm, townhall.com.

"We are on the offensive and we have the momentum!" -- the insurgents. What? It was Cliff May again? Well suck my d*ck...

A day after the bloodiest attack since the U.S. invasion in Iraq, a car bomb struck a parking garage in a central commercial district in Baghdad during the morning rush hour, killing at least nine people and wounding 17, police said.
The U.S. military also said two soldiers had been killed and six wounded the day before in fighting north of Baghdad, raising to at least 44 American troop deaths this month.

Turning another corner, the death toll in this week's blastastic suicide truck bombings in northern Iraq has risen to at least 500, local officials said Wednesday.

As things continue to go remarkably well, Iraqi women have been driven to prostitution to feed their kids and to help support their families. They make as little as $8 a day. "Everything is for the children," one mother said.
