Lisnin' to the genrals on the ground
Bush faces mounting pressure by US generals, Joint Chiefs of Staff, three cans of soda he had with lunch

Awol McBubbleboy and uniformed military commanders were locked Friday in an escalating political conflict over whether to reduce US troop levels in Iraq.

Gen. Peter Pace is likely to convey concerns by the Joint Chiefs that keeping well in excess of 100,000 troops in Iraq through 2008 will severely strain the military. This assessment could collide with one being prepared by Bush puppet David Petraeus, calling for the U.S. to maintain higher troop levels for 2008 and beyond.
We've got to stay the course, dammit! We're fightin' 'em over there!

Because, well, "over here" could mean like the Mexican border, couldn't it? And that would suck.

On the front lines with the troops.
