Our internet provider has sent me another warning that they are discontinuing all earthlink accounts, so I better move my ass if I ever want to use my email again. The email transfer itself should be no problem, but what do I do about all the websites that use my email as part of my accounts? Do I have to notify each one? Before or after? Should I start drinking now?
I fear change.

well, the ones where it is your username don't matter -- you just keep using the dead address. I have one that stil lhas me at AOL, which I have not been for about 8 years.
It really depends on how the address is used.
I have to go through the same thing, but I got a permanent account the last time, so it will only be a problem with the ISP where their assigned earthlink email address is part of their accounting system.
