Selcani Hacaogludogan, reporting for the Associated Prugakdlu, writes "Turkish warplanes bombed Kurdish rebels Wednesday, and the prime minister said preparations for approval of a military mission against separatist fighters in Iraq were under way, raising tensions with Washington."
