Except in the United States of course. I mean, you have the Constitution, and that's good, and you have some extra. And that's good too...

And Rice - - what the Hell alternate reality is she commuting from? This President who is on record as having said that the Constitution ".. is just a goddamn piece of paper" and who has signed more 'signing statements' (ie; evasions of the law) than all the other presidents combined, and whose underlings (Tommy Franks, Tom Ridge, etc) were openly talking back in 2003/2004 about how it might be necessary to 'suspend the US constitution' and install a "temporary" military government IN THE US if there were another terrorist attack - - he "...wouldn’t be supportive of extra-constitutional means." ?!?!

Ahh now what to say, Mushariff is paying the price for not using the power of the state to pacify the autonomous tribal areas, Pakistan has NEVER had a stable government, and because it can NEVER have one (read too many people, who are too poor, who are trapped in a religion / economic system making social Darwinism look like candy...) So Mushariff MUST take a strong hand and reduce the crazy pashtuns in the border area stil he is in a no win situation.....corupption is pandemic in that sorry little country........
