Bush: 'Questions to my attorney general nominee on torture are "unfair"'
Restoring integrity and credibility to the Justice Department. Only not anytime soon. On Thursday the Dictator-tot defended his latest pet rubberstamper Michael Mukasey, who has refused to say whether he thinks waterboarding is torture.
"I believe the questions he's been asked are unfair," the Pouter-in-Chief said in an Oval Office session with reporters. "He's been asked to give opinions on a program -- or techniques of a program -- on which he has not been briefed."Like why the hell should that matter? Torture is torture, dumbass.
"I will make the case -- and I strongly believe this is true -- that Judge Mukasey is not being treated fairly," Whiny McWhinerson said. "He doesn't know whether we use that technique or not."
Further, Bush said, "It doesn't make any sense to tell an enemy what we're doing."Like torturing! Wait, wait:
Asked whether he considers waterboarding legal, Poutey McBratterson replied, "I'm not going to talk about techniques. There's an enemy out there."Why do you reporters hate America?

You know, I suspect the enemy probably ALREADY knows MORE about what OUR soldiers/operatives are doing that WE do - - after all, it's being done to THEM (our enemy)... THEY'RE getting the bombs dropped on them, THEY'RE getting the 2:00 AM visits, THEY'RE getting waterboarded/beaten/sleep-deprived, THEY'RE getting shot at, etc. Now I'm not saying I do or don't feel sorry for our 'Iraq enemy' (actually Bush's enemies) - - some (like some of our own) are no doubt nasty assholes and some are no doubt people who are fighting a foreign invader who is trying to change their religion, culture, economics, and steal their oil. I'm just saying that (like a lot of authors I've read have said) US secrecy/'national security' is more often than not used to hide things from US citizens rather than foreigners.
