Bush on steroids

Jeebus, that's a scary thought.

[O]n the day that the Mitchell report on steroid use was being released, reporters again were asking why Bush — an owner of the Texas Rangers in the early 1990s — didn’t notice the epidemic of performance-enhancing drugs that was then taking hold of the game?

White House spokesliar Dana Peroxide was ready, pointing to an ESPN interview Preznit Bubble-Boy did recently, in which he said that he’s thought long and hard about it, but doesn’t recall ever seeing or hearing evidence of a steroid problem.
C and L adds, "Jose Canseco claims 'Bush smirked his way through his ownership tenure, as syringes were passed around the locker room like a Christmas at Courtney Love’s house.'”

Quelle surprise.

'Roid rage.

Of course W didn't notice... he was all coked and 'luded up. 'Ooh, ooh, look at me... I'm a figurehead* owner of the Texas Rangers..' Anyway, it was a professional courtesy -- one druggie to another..

(* "Bush got to be called 'managing partner.' [of the Texas Rangers] But -- under Rainwater's [head of the Texas investment group putting up most of the $86 million] conditions -- George W. would only be the handsome front man... he would have no actual say in how it was run."
